A day out in Bangalore

All these times, me and my friends roamed places outside Bangalore and we never thought of exploring anything inside Bangalore. So, this time we decided to explore few places around Bangalore. My friend Shashi came up with few list of places in Bangalore to explore on weekend. After sorting the list, we decided to visit three new places which were unheard all these years -  The Big banyan tree, Turahalli forest and Omkar hills . We started our journey at 1:30PM from Domlur, Bangalore. Though the distance of travel to Big banyan tree is just 20km, the heavy traffic inside the city made us to take more than 1hr to reach our destination. Shivagange trekking

This is one of the trip in my bag, which strongly upholds the above quotes. It was on Saturday night, I messaged my friend Shashi asking that "I am getting bored, shall we go out for trekking?". As I expected, his response was very quick "Sure, we can plan something...". This is how the trip to Shivagange was initiated and we decided to go on the very next day. We started our journey early in the morning at 4:40 AM from Domlur, Bangalore. With couple of tea breaks on the way, we reached our destination at 6:20AM.
